Passionately restored within the original 19th-century wine cellar, the room offers an intimate and refined atmosphere that celebrates Federician Puglia and the noble traditions of the Murgia. In winter, the crackling fireplace creates a magical ambiance, while in summer, the gentle Murgia breeze caresses outdoor dinners, making every gathering unique and harmonious.
Our premium gastronomic selection is personally overseen by the eldest of the five siblings of the Addario Chieco Balsamo family. Every dish is born from centuries-old recipes passed down through generations, prepared exclusively with high-quality raw materials—many sourced directly from our own organic farm. To accompany these delicacies, we offer fine organic wines from our DOP and IGP production, a pure expression of the Apulian terroir available in reserve red, red, white, and rosé varieties.
For those seeking a more private experience, we offer an exclusive Bistrot Service dedicated to our room guests. This evening half-board option features a fixed 4-course menu that changes daily according to seasonal harvests, at a cost of €40 per person (drinks excluded). This service is a privilege reserved exclusively for guests staying at the masseria and is available by reservation only, to be confirmed at the time of booking to ensure maximum freshness and attention to detail.
The refinement of our historic residence also makes the farmhouse the ideal location for Events, Banquets, and Ceremonies in Andria. We organize elite banquets for first communions, birthday parties, and special occasions, offering the exclusivity of a 17th-century masseria.
The cozy ambience and the delicious culinary proposals make our restaurant an ideal place for organizing wedding banquets, lunches for first Holy communions, celebrations of 18 years and for any other special occasion. Upon request, the property can be rented for events, conferences and meeting with the possibility of external catering.
